Several viruses are listed down the left hand side and the Codon sequence is along the top. The letters used are codons which are three DNA/RNA nucleotides long. So CCT = P, CGG = R, GCA/GCT = A

The columns labelled 681 - 684 look to have been inserted in a way that was unlikely to have happened by natural evolution. It is even more surprising that this is exactly what is required to help the virus get access to human cells.

My understanding is that this is not conclusive proof of skullduggery but it is suggestive of that.
