1. Do you not see this as a compromise where they want restaurants to not go out of business? Is it not their belief that more time masked = less time exposed? Doesn't that fit with the rule?

2. As a doctor you must understand that our knowledge of something so new can change, and that expectations have to be adjusted, or is this different? I do believe that their "optimism" was to get buy-in, but I think the use of that approach is entirely another debate. As to your latter point, are you using Israel as an example? Do you think it could have hurt them that they were early adopters of the vaccine and that when it's efficacy started to fade they weren't ready to adjust back to pre-vaccine life?

3. Do you feel the same way about climate scientists sponsored big oil?
