It seems to me that Canada's Emergency Act Orders are as flawed in reality as the extent of America's Executive Orders. They have no checks and balances and they allow one person extreme power to bypass approval by the people, through arguable premises. This is a problem that needs to fixed in future, if either country has a future aside from the slave state sought by the elite.

Maybe such orders should be restricted to natural disasters or formal invasions by foreign militaries. Canadian geese and ostriches armed with rifles also qualify, allegedly.
