There is a Chinese army in the western Canada gas fields that Turdeau gifted to them. Then he made a law for it to be ok for them to have their own security. I believe this law was the first one he passed as PM in umm 2015 I think.There are many reports that this securtiy drives Chinese military vehicles only without the markings.

I was gonna post this to another comment but tried to sauce it first. I read about this about 4 years ago. The sauce has been scrubbed as far as I can see and my saved database to large and unruly ATP to search it out before wife time and bed. Im sure I got it saved somewhere though.
