Examples of physical differences might be Asians, in general, not having the ability to digest dairy very well or African Americans having a higher prevalence or susceptibility to sickle-cell anemia. Or so I recall. We've been lied to so much on so many topics it's hard to know anymore. Likewise with personality, you could say that descendants of African origin have a love of music and dance, but I'm sure there are many who like quiet and have no "rhythm". Or observe two people talking, one waving their hands and gesturing while the other, modestly dressed, hands folded across their chest, and be told one of them is Italian, the other, say, German. You suppose which is which by observing traits normally ascribed to one group or another.

As I said, I haven't yet read the link you provided in depth, but it appears you're saying they address just physical characteristics. As far as the UN's viewpoint change from the 1950's, that's no surprise at all since the beasts that have currently infiltrated every organization change terms to suit their narratives. "Race", however they now choose to define it, is merely a weapon to them used to divide people.
