But he seems to vote more to the Left than most in Congress. #34-The U.S. institutions should be barred from accepting any financial donations from any foreign country d/t the potential impact and influence on policies. Likewise foreign companies should not be permitted to have a controlling interest in American companies; the percentage should be capped at 45%.
