Yeah obvious fucking New Age bullshit, given the timeframe. They even use specific New Age phrases that were common in the 70s, like "new age" and "Age of Aquarius" and tell everyone to lay down their weapons, etc. Sound familiar? Exactly what the UN has been saying all along. "Lay down your arms" (so you don't destroy yourselves), which implies that everything is solved by some super-wise international governing body via mediation.

GUNS = Independence DISARMAMENT = Enslavement

Don't be fooled, there are no Vrillians coming to save you. If they exist then they could have already saved you a thousand times over. Why do they need you to force your governments to disarm?

This is literally the same as https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=F9ndSHmFock where they tried to present the world with some fake guru (second coming of Maitreiya) to see if they could get people to follow him. They did this shit with aliens and gurus all throughout the late 20th century and will continue doing it on into the 21st wherever they think they can get away with it. The message is always the same, peace, no anger, no war, lay down your arms, we're all members of Spaceship Earth so there should be no division. The endgame of these movements is always one world government, which was sort of a theme throughout the 70s.

Any benevolent aliens could have helped us out in any number of ways if they had cared to, so if there are aliens they probably hate us and want the world for themselves. We all know this is what the elites want and that it is bad, but somehow it becomes more believable to us when it comes from a random voice claiming to be literally a star in the sky.
