Misleading headline. Titania McGratch isn't a "Twitter head" nor is she actually "melting down." Her account is a satire account, like BabylonBee. Looks like OP (or rather whoever he copied this post from) got Bee'd like CNN. Could just have easily posted actual evidence of actual leftist Twitter heads melting down, instead of confusing the satirical account mocking them, for being those whom she mocks.
