Just on cursory consideration, that's bringing this back to (imho) two top contenders of either the election theft or perhaps the military equipment left in Afghanistan. POTUS has been steadfast in bringing up both the election theft as well as the Afghanistan debacle/travesty in almost every talk-speech he gives.

Trying to prove marxists are trying to destroy this country from within via corrupt placements in: media, school boards, the judicial system, law enforcement, military, higher education, medical-pharmaceutical, big tech and other companies, the political establishment, etcetera would be a lot harder to establish an "enemy combatant" link if I had to guess.

The election theft has ties to foreign countries, but the arrest is going to have to be pretty high up the food chain as most minions (like mules or corrupt USPS employees), or even mid-level players (corrupt election officials, governors, AGs, etc) won't have had any contact with foreign entities.

The Afghanistan travesty may provide a military traitor to arrest to get the ball rolling and there will definitely be political establishment involvement. If there's to be a precipice event I could see a potential tie-in with this issue. On the other hand it still has to come back around to the stolen election (Dominion in the US and globally) and more widespread, embedded domestic issues via collusion with enemy combatants, etc.
