I haven't looked up cancer rates, but that's not surprising since they don't smoke or drink. They may also just miss a lot of cancer diagnoses due to a lack of proactive use of the medical system. If you don't go to the doctor once a year to have his finger stuck up your butt, you're not going to identify your prostate cancer
