Scan down them to see if there's a link to Michael Avenatti and a building 520. I found at least two on the first page of search results and provided you with a link to one of them, below. The wiki listing from duckduckgo lists Avenatti as a former attorney, as I stated above (and it's likely he was disbarred) so I doubt he's renting office space at this former office anymore.
Finally, type in the address given as Avenatti's office into the SE and choose IMAGES. I've provided a link for that as well, below. Compare the image from your SE to the one in the Q-Post and you'll see they're the same. Distinctive Leland pines (I believe) and palm trees typical in California landscaping out front.

Finally, I doubt that POTUS's message, above, has any tie-in to Avenatti or his former office building. I was responding to anon NOTWOKE's question-remark on the Q-Post picture and link, respectively, by clarifying/answering his/her question.
The time stamp on the DJT message links to the Q-Post and, if I had to guess, I'd say Q's message to "Buckle up!" would be a fair tie-in to the federal judge taking over the case of political persecution perpetrated by the FBI by the Mar-A-Lago raid.
