The real insurrection started months, and years before election day 2020. State and federal officials violated election laws. They engaged in voter intimidation and suppression against supporters of President Trump. They tampered with tabulation equipment and records. Nov 7th 2020, was the equivalent of the firing on Ft. Sumter. The Rubicon had been crossed. War. And POTUS Trump (or more likely an acting POTUS, under 25th Amendment... see my theories a la Pence/Pompeo, thanks to prompts from NFD) responded with appropriate military action under the Constitution to defend the Republic.

Tribunals are long overdue.
