Whatever dude. I seem to recall this kind of reaction before, but my observation is valid. It's easily implied he was arrested for something big, not a DUI that didn't even stick.

Edit: also the vote is +3 currently on my original comment, so that means at least 2 people in fact care.

Edit 2: In fact, I myself initially thought "oh wow he actually got arrested" but was like "oh that looks like the shirt he was wearing in that DUI video" when I watched the Twatter one first. Sure enough....
