Psalm 23:4--The Word of God prepares us for all earthly disappointments, it tells us to expect persecution because of our Faith. It is all a test. As soon as I base my hope on any earthly outcome, I am setting myself up. I am, I think, a good neighbor and a good citizen, but most importantly, I strive to be a good Christian and to love Christ more than any worldly thing. May Christ comfort all who have Faith in him today. The creator of the vast and endless Universe, who has promised eternal love and life, knows what your trials are, foresaw all of it. Be still, and know that he is God. In our end, what matters is our Faith and our obedience to His word. Everything else will pass, will crumble in the construct of time, but our souls are eternally part of the great I Am. If you believe that thoughts are energy, think in Godly thoughts, hand over revenge to the Lord, hand all troubles and dissapointment over to the Lord, ask him to deal with it and let it go, fall into Him, we are all a miracle of Life, every living thing was created by him. Go out into the world and be assured that the Love of Christ surpasses all understanding, pray for strength to do only his good, as advised in the Gospel. If we spend as much time reading scripture as we do reading man's words, we will have a balance and peace.May God bless all of you as you move on from this day, committed to the Lord.
