Looking at the array of heads presented in this article I notice they seem to give off a weird vibe.

There are some ugly and weird looking motherfuckers working for the CYA. I remember a facial study that concluded (and I paraphrase) "Data points on pedophiles faces show more deviation from the norm than the statistical average" or some such thing. The study concluded that pedophile face is a real thing.
