I'm not familiar with this Nemo guy but supposedly General Flynn followed him before this and he had positive interactions with the Flynn family before asking about the prayer. Supposedly even had Joe on his show too before all of this, and at the time he said he referred to Nemo as a digital soldier.
The Seven Rays prayer/doctrine traces back to Helena Blavatsky, whom was a Russian mystic that Alistair Crowley allegedly had deep respect for. So yeah MrsCal whom I responded to, definitely needs to be careful with who they are defending, and not be so quick to write people off whenever they are seen as attacking said people.
I'm not saying Flynn is for sure a bad guy, I would need to see more before I come to that conclusion. But I will say this prayer he engaged in should definitely be seen as a red flag, and definitely is warranted of some criticism and questioning.
