Not exactly though I'm not sure how many Alice's there are, so you may be thinking of this? It's in Woodside which is like Skyline and 84 IIRC (Santa Cruz is further down, though on longer rides we'd go down more that way.)

Of all the things about CA I miss, it's those roads the most. We'd ride down from SF, do the super twisties, then take 84 out to the coast and it just opens up and gets bigger and bigger, big sweepers. like fun turns at 100 or so. OMG so fun. Then take the 1 back up the coast, just legendary.

Edit: I should mention most of this was on my highly modified Ninja 250. I surprised a LOT of guys on bigger/faster bikes on that thing. Only the Gixxers with no chicken strips type guys were in a different league (and one I wouldn't want to hang in, certainly on public roads - one I knew REAR ENDED a garbage truck coming around a turn too fast too see it in time)....
