Good find though, it's nice to see anons actually digging into topics and finding relevant material, and we are beyond happy to see that this scientist didn't suddenly get "depressed" and "kill himself" soon after sharing this idea. That's rare.

Rest assured...what we use in no way requires the target to be sitting inside an engineered magnetic field. I mean, why would it? The Earth itself has a perfectly good, and extremely predictable magnetic field that it creates, does it not...???
