If bad actors / black hats / cabal are distributing chemicals, agents, toxins, etc via Chemtrails...

... Don't you think that maybe, just MAYBE, good actors / white hats / patriots might be engaged in mass dispersal of various counter-agents and antidotes using the same methods?

Why, I would even wager my next paycheck that there are certain patriots and members on these boards that have done these exact (or similar missions), but who will not confirm such things, for obvious operational security reasons.
