We only have a small piece of what happened in 1871 so far, but the name of the Act being 'Organic Act of 1871' is quite suspicious, and it looks like the concurrent Treaty or other document is being hidden (classifed along with the DeathRays?), but there are signs of its existence.

The original 13th Amendment (Titles of Nobility from Foreign Power prohibition and automatic loss of citizenship) also is considered a "conspiracy theory", but I have all the sauce now after reconstructing the whole timeline from 1800 to 1890 and getting reprints of about 40 key documents from the 1815 to 1845 time period. And I'm dropping the evidence into court cases with affidavits soon (It will likely be ignored, but that's OK).
