is for at least 38 states to force the Fed Gov to behave is for at least 38 states to force the Fed Gov to behave

The Constitution is perfect as is. The problem is total NON-COMPLIANCE WITH THE CONSTITUTION. They don't obey it now, amending it is not going to improve that.

This is what G.R. Mobely lays out in reclaimingtherepublic.org The process is using First Amendment petitions, of which some 8 or 9 have been written, with more being written (http://reclaimingtherepublic.org/petitions.html). The process is to deal with (inform, teach) our county commissioners, collect signatures in our counties, and present them to our commissioners. They are duty-bound to deal with the state numbnuts. It takes ONE state to get the process going and then other states will join in. The goal is Republic Review, which is an examination of what the gov has done to our Constitution since the 1800s and GET RID OF THE ALPHABET AGENCIES, among other rectifications. This will spotlight the lizards in public service and make it easy to throw them out.

The starting point was the thrice-proposed legislation that was vetoed by Madison, Monroe, and Jackson, to form what would later become the DoT. That agency was finally unconstitutionally created in the 1930s. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fstc1d1m5Tw (07:48)

Ours is a government of ENUMERATED POWERS, not a general government that does what it pleases. It's long past time to take it back. One more thing, this is being done in varying early stages in Washington state, Wyoming, Missouri, and Virginia. Might be one more but it doesn't come to mind right now.
