While it is an eyebrow raiser of a technicality, I think this is just down to an unscripted interview and people not speaking as precisely as they might. While I'd say improbable, Tucker may not know the difference. (While it's not my area of expertise, I NEVER knew you flat-out can't smoke non-freebase/crack - I remember "primo" weed with coke sprinkled on it in the 90s - which I guess was just a gimmick and probably baby powder or some shit.)
