Ashkenazis make up 83-85 percent of Jews worldwide.

Jews are descendants of Judah, from whom the name comes.

Judah was descended from Shem, one of Noah’s 3 sons.

Ashkenazim, from whom “Ashkenazi” comes, was a son of Gomer, who was a descendant of Japheth, a different son of Noah.

I was only intending to point out the “Aryan” part with regard to Germany, but noticed the lineages don’t match up while I was typing something else.

This is by no means a proof of anything, but what in the world is going on with the names?

If anyone has a stronger Biblical history background than me who can explain this, please do.

I’m just someone who can see when “2 = 2” gets written down.

I do believe, in accordance with my best understanding of both the old and New Testament, that non-Jews can be grafted in, so there are surely Ashkenazi who are Israel either way.

The Bible clearly states that salvation is available to all nations, if only the heart be circumcised.

Going by names and biblical lineages… if I have this correct, this would mean Ashkenazis aren’t Jewish.

This would be, of course, if the names actually mean what they say and if there wasn’t intermarriage, so this is by no means a proof of anything, but what in the world is going on with the names?
