They have her in the VP role illegally now but I dont think they would want to push it further with having her become President through the 25th or other means or running as their nominee because that road leads to Obamas ineligibility. I think they let Joe go through the Primaries and at the last second he "decides" his health isnt good enough and drops out. The death cult uses the super delegates to choose another candidate, likely Newsome. Newsome is already acting like a head of State with his recent trip to meet Xi (BTW how does this not run afoul of the Logan Act?).
