In one of Jack Carr's novels he explains how it is much more efficient to take out terrorist networks, or organizations not by cutting of the Head-of-the-Snake, but by eliminating the Arms and Legs so to speak. I think he calls it cross-sectional targeting, and indicates it was a lesson learned in Iraq.

When you take out the head, only one head need be repositioned for normal operations to continue. But when you takes out people at the lieutenant level, the operational level, these people are very difficult to replace.

So, maybe taking out the seemingly unconnected criminal organizations is similarly taking out one more corner out of the foundational structure of the globalist cabal.
