I dunno why I've never really thought about it specifically, but it just dawned on me that I've heard more crazy and violent talk since 2020 than I have in the multiple decades of my life combined.

And I'm not meaning "crazy aunt Jane" crazy, but total whack-a-doodle wtf kind of crazy. And not just big talk like before two dudes saying they will kick each other's ass before they pummel one another, but actual incitement to violence, threats of murder, extermination, etc.

"And on the 8th day, the lord god did observeth that the world was become a giant cesspit of rotten humanity. So he went on vacation for the lulz".

And who could blame him?
