I have incorporated in my food and/or drinks (distilled or reverse osmosis water) the following, mostly in my drink except for the raspberry that have been “blenderized” spread out over a 24 hour period to my minimum daily water intake of 2-2.5L/day fortified with pink Himalayan salt depending on weather and level of activity:

Organic and/or non-gmo as much as possible the following:

Nigella sativa(black cumin), turmeric, garlic, ginger, lab grown chlorella, raspberries ALL as immune boosters and detox.

Most importantly if possible non-gmo organic fresh fruits and vegetables eaten raw as much as possible. Once you cook (Pasteurization temp and above) your food you pretty much consume mostly “dead calories” as the enzymes, etc (life force) are deactivated/attenuated. So I have to relearn how to eat room temperature and/or slightly warm meals. Doesn’t taste as good but at least it’s “ALIVE”
