Ah I see. I can 100% say that wasn't a missle year in June 2018... At least I didn't see one. However I have heard some sounds recently that don't sound like jets or helicopters. Like a low rumble that's very continuous that actually vibrated a little bit. I hear jet noise all the time and it wasn't that lately. But I've never seen a rocket. And his camera angles wouldn't see naval station Whidbey. He does have on aimed right at the touch and go run way though. Camera 1 would be more likely to catch subs coming in and out.
