Here's another odd callsign, COST46: https://globe.adsbexchange.com/?icao=ae0416
"The E-6B Mercury is a dual-mission aircraft capable of fulfilling either the TACAMO ("Take Charge and Move Out") mission or the airborne strategic command post mission and is equipped with an airborne launch control system (ALCS). TACAMO links the NCA (National Command Authority) with naval ballistic missile forces during times of crisis. The ALCS is capable of launching U.S. land based intercontinental ballistic missiles."

That is odd place for U.S. tanker. Might be heading to Rovaniemi, finns have air wing based at the airport there.

Meditation also helped with it. As in learning to relax and ease the mind.

Read/listen some instructions, play soothing sounds or music, sit or lie down comfortably and empty mind from thoughts and worries, focus on yourself - mind and body. After you practise it for while, can do it eg. in the bus/train or anywhere when you're just waiting.

With the increased activity, take note of the msm rhetoric. If they start to pump up the 'Myanmar evil military coup' stuff then you can be pretty sure that U.S. + allies will intervene soon. The Swamp creatures had to endure four years without new war so they want to make some $$$ asap.
