Provisionally, I would first be skeptical of this video. But if it were true, there would be MANY MORE of those letters sent out. If we were to see hundreds, even thousands, of them discussed, that might lend credence to this.
I thought (and posted) that too. But then I realized that IF he is truly reading (or "not" reading) from a classified document, then it would be illegal to show it. So it's a Catch-22 situation.
Still, I will need a LOT more substantiating evidence before I will believe this.
An involuntary recall letter would NOT be classified. It would be sent through the US Postal Service (unless they issued this guy a SCIF for his house, which of course they didn’t)
