Sure Garvey has a huge lead over pencil neck in the Open Special Primary, but for how long is the question unless the white hats intervene of course.

The numbers don't even make no sense after the cheat, 7% calculates up to about a thousand votes for Schiff after Garvey lost more than 15%. Quite the sloppy fraud I ever seen being committed in live time.
