START THE COURT MARTIAL PROCEEDINGS: DC National Guard Whistleblower Alleges Trump's Commander-in-Chief Powers Were Revoked by M...
in April the House Subcommittee on Oversight held a hearing with National Guard whistleblowers who stepped forward to correct the media lies and dishonest narrative by Democrats on the January 6 protests and riots.
So... a Constitutional question here. It is not the military that "grants" or "revokes" the President's role as Commander-in-Chief, it is the Constitution that directs that.
Trump was still President, right up to noon on the day of Biden's (fake) inaugural ceremony. So if the military TRIED to revoke a president's CIC role on Jan. 6, that would be treason. Am I right?
TRUMP was POTUS and CIC at least till noon on 20th and CIC TRUMP could not be removed without NEW LAW. ALL MILITARY MUST MUST MUST OBEY COMMANDER IN CHIEF AND ESPECIALLY IN WAR TIME AND WE ARE AT WAR. WARTIME TREASON IS HIGH TREASON
Exactly.
It sounds like they did not "legally revoke it" just "did not do anything that he said to do" undermining him on that, and tons of other things and in doing so, undermining the citizens and the country. Who is Mark Milley really working for, sure seems it isnt the president, or the citizens or even the USA.
