You are correct about sprinkles of truth. That is exactly how the deep state have controlled the narrative for so long. I don't doubt for a minute that the post with all the downvotes is truthful about jet engines. However, that certainly doesn't mean that the deep state is not doing nefarious things to our air with these same jets. It's because due to Obama Care most doctors have to comply with groups such as the American Heart Assoc. American Diabetes Assoc, etc. If they do not, they will lose their network status. All these groups lie. They tell us things like, oatmeal is really a good breakfast. There is no nutrition in it for humans at all. They may fortify it with synthetic vitamins, but it's really just oats and sugar.
What is good for you is all the things they try to scare us into not eating. Meat, healthy fat, dairy, low carb. And then, to get people to lose weight, they starve them eating low calorie meals, that are not sustainable. What's so frustrating is how many doctors should know better.

I think there are more white hats in the media than we realize. The cause of death is not always known when the information is put out. Years ago, they would just state that the person had died. Now, they add that the person has died suddenly, or unexpectedly. Deliberately making it clear how many more people are dying.
