yeah, but I think the real reason for him saying this is also to point out religious affiliation. for a religion that is only 3% of the population, there sure are a lot more than 3% of judges, politicians, professors, prosecutors, doctors, lawyers and doctors. are they represented by such a large margin in the infantry? is it really wrong to question this? I think most people in the audience are over looking the "dual citizenship" part.
So Ireland is supposed to hand over its sovereignty just over 100 years after the fought yet another revolution to win it's independence from british rule, and a bloody civil war due to the scrappy deal that was signed to end that revolution? I think not. I hope the Irish prevail here as well.
