The sooner the Dems are forced to replace Biden, the more it is inescapable that the Dems knowingly lied to their own voters.
I have a relative who lives in NYC and said she voted for Biden, but doesn't like Harris.
I couldn't believe it at the time when she told me last November. I pointed out that she's the most far left senator there is and the fact that Biden is so old and has onset dementia that the plan by the DNC is for Kamala to take over...she didn't want that and hadn't even thought of it.
I have no idea what people like her are thinking? I know they're actually not, but it's so frustrating because she seems level headed in other decisions in her life, but not when it comes to politics. She is someone who I consider "brainwashed" by the fake media against POTUS Trump.
YMMV, but I think voters will notice and hate that they were lied to about Biden's competency. It directly affects the Biden or Trump decision these voters made. And now with the Left's lurch to socialism, combined with the broken promises all over the place already, I am just saying I predict Biden stepping aside just months into his presidency will open lots of moderate Democrats' eyes. All good for us going forward.

The SCOTUS didn't think Trump had continuous standing. This new holding makes a mockery of that argument if Trump's lawyers do a better job of following the new roadmap. Before, Trump's briefs whittled down to "of course he has standing, it's the fricking election for President and it was stolen from him." They didn't lay out a clear remedy, they only focused on the harm done to him.
The best case would be by citizens saying their constitutional right to vote has been taken by fraud and the remedy is to rerun the election in a fraud-proof format.

I just read Roberts' dissent, and it was worse than I thought. So I consider the case 8-1 rather than 9-0 with a technical dissent on a minor issue.

I do have to see what the "news headlines" are when I click to access my email (yahoo front page), so it's a mix of laughs and anger :) This morning one of their headlines is of Carter stating that he is angry that the push to tighten up Georgia voting laws is "restricting ability to vote". He should be happy that he is now only the 3rd worst President in U.S. history :)
