They have not followed any of the cdc recommendations to be ada compliant.

Thanks- great info. I came across a site in which you can report any side affects or reactions to vaccines. I’m going to look more in depth later, but wondering if anyone has looked to see if and how many reports there are on covid vaccines? Cant link site at the moment but search for VAERS

My dream is to challenge the Michigan's March 2nd to April 19th EO's on the pillars that they stand on in a court. Nobody in the great country of USA has been charged, as far as my knowledge, with anything to the effect of 'endangering public health/safety' for refusing to wear a mask. How do I do this? None of the lawyers in Michigan seem to care. To be fair, I've only talked with the secretaries and left a message to a lawyer at Varnum (They have 10+ people in their 'covid-19 task force', I guess nobody cared) and a small local lawyer.

Why is nobody getting charged with endangering public health? They are being charged with trespassing, but nothing in direct regards to the health concerns of the executive orders? The people in power are so evil that they are not allowing us to defend ourselves in court for the actual crime they are claiming we would commit if we refuse to follow their health orders (endangering public health, instead of trespassing). If we were to be charged with endangering public health, then we might win the case and expose the psychosis of the State. It's so evil. The burden of proof is on us, and be default they are not allowing us to try to prove that we are innocent in that regard (that we are not endangering the public health by refusing to participate in the orders). The burden of proof of the health concerns is on us, but we don't even get a chance to make our case, because we are being charged with the wrong crime, or at least not being additionally charged with the relevant crime. I cannot emphasize how evil this is.

Here are the angles of attack for the Executive Orders:

1. The magnitude of efficacy of masks and other health protocols listed in the EO. Also, zero scientific investigation into the negative side effects or repercussions of the orders in the EO (Business closures, mental and physical health negatives, etc.).

2. The dishonest classification of the current Covid-19 death rates as a medical epidemic. And, the definition of an epidemic itself. WebMD and CDC give definitions of epidemic which have no death or illness threshold. The State could claim an epidemic if 10 people died. This is wrong.
