Even good people can become corrupt and then corrupt others and start everything all over again, especially after a few generations pass.
There will never be a perfect world where everyone gets along and everyone is kind. Good and evil are an age old thing and both will always exist.
Unless there's some crazy technology and/or other things that will be revealed then after the cabal is taken out, life will mostly go back to normal.
People should not be gullible enough to believe that there's good in everyone. People should be able to realize that there are some that are too stupid to ever understand or accept the truth of things. People should also realize that people are very flawed and things will never be perfect.
