Theoretically, if the Republicans regain the majority in the house, they can nominate and vote on a new Speaker of the House. The Speaker can be anyone. Being a member of Congress isn't a requirement. When a President and Vice-President are impeached and convicted, the Speaker assumes the Presidency. This could all be wrong, but it's what I've read. ?
what are you talking about? If its proved the election was fraudulent then Biden isnt legitimate and is unconsitutional and his inauguration/presidency automatically illegitimate and void.
It would mean he was never constitutional in the first place. MIL reruns secure elections and new President wins.
Okay, but that's an interpretation of the Constitution, using the Supreme Court ruling that says, "fraud vitiates everything." There is no step-by-step procedure laid out in the Constitution for dealing with a stolen Presidency. If what you suggested is the way things play out, it will set a new precedent. We'll see.
Unless I'm mistaken, a military coup, unless lead directly by the People of the United States, would be a violation of the Constitution. I'm not saying it won't happen, just that there's no legal provision for it. From a strictly legal sense, I understand what she's saying.
You people are missing the point bigly. It's not a coup if the incumbents are illegitimate and were not legally or constitutionally elected ffs. THEY STOLE THE PRESIDENCY. This isn't hard to grasp.
It literally It just requires the military to do the one job it is given - remove hostile enemies when it's proved they stole power.
I think she literally believes that nothing can be done at this point.
She's right that there's no constitutional provisions for a stolen election. I hope she's wrong that that means we have no remaining options.

Easy.

But, Law of War has it all laid out for open eyes and minds to see..
Correct. The provision is in the Declaration of Independence.
No new election. Trump won. Bigly!
Aside from a military coup like in Myanmar ?
