Sinkholes are so common in Florida. Has any other Florida building collapsed in this manner without being demo-ed? I've seen buildings tilt, but nothing like this!
Nothing this big. I saw a house get swallowed up on the side of the road once when I was a kid. If a sinkhole opened up in the right place, I have no doubt it could do this. But I'm also hearing reports that people had time to flee the building, which doesn't seem to match the footage, so I'm not sure what to think.
