"Jennifer Higgins, the current associate director of Refugee, Asylum and International Operations at U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, will step in as a temporary chief of staff until a new appointment is made"
Homeland Security run by a current leader of the Refugee/Asylum/Immigration Department is not good.
Seems like they are gearing up for a fight by putting a DNC operative at the helm
EDIT: I read it backwards:
"Higgins is a career civil servant and has worked for the federal government for over 20 years, whereas Olick was most recently a prominent official at SKDK, the powerful Democratic strategic communications firm. She recently led the firm’s ballot initiative practice."
The operative is dumped. Interacting...watch the resignations
Looks who is stepping in:

She was already running DHS anyway. Many vehicles seen transporting illegals from the border had DHS tags.
