How can alien species be close to us biologically? They literally came to be on a different planet, with different circumstances, flora and fauna, different everything. This isn't like Star Trek where the species are magically bipedal, magically breathe the same air with no problems, and magically speak English perfectly. I know it's a tangent, but that's about the only thing I don't like about some sci-fi. Alien species are magically like us.
It's not too much for me at all. I firmly believe that we cannot be alone in the universe. I just don't have one solid opinion on where we came from. Creation, evolution, put here by someone/something? People talk about evolution, but I keep asking, how did we evolve? We're so biologically similar to chimps, but why are we so different?
