I think, like most stuff with the actual virus, it can cause issues (e.g. myocarditis, clots) but this is worst-case, and once your body successfully fights off the virus it's done, no more spike proteins etc. Vs. the vax which is spike protein dump and (this is where info I've found does vary, very hard to get the definitive take, yet) your body may keep making them, possibly forever. Hence vaxed, far higher chance you eventually have one or more of the various problems.
