This is the typical “baffle them with bullshit” strategy that pro-vaccine people attempt to gaslight you with.
On the one hand, they insist that their vaccines are safe, because they have safety monitoring systems in place…
But on the other hand, they dismiss every VAERS report as just an anecdotal coincidence thats completely unrelated to vaccines.
Its clear that VAERS reports are NOT being taken seriously, because if they were, the COVID vaccines would have been pulled off the market already.
While COVID vaccines might not necessarily cause all, or any, of these so-called “Adverse Events of Special Interest” (AESI)…
The list of AESI was compiled based on what they learned from other vaccines, and the AESI list is what they were (supposedly) keeping a watch for.
So the AESI list should be considered a somewhat exhaustive and definitive list of all the problems that vaccines have caused throught history.
This fact-check is absolute bullshit.
They take the small kernal of uncertainty, and extrapolate it into a full-fledged denial that any vaccine causes any problem whatsoever.
For example, if you get a vaccine, and 12 hours later you have a high fever, theres a pretty good chance the vaccine caused the fever.
Is it theoretically possible the fever was caused by something else?
Yes.
Is it theoretically possible that out of 100 reports of high fever, not a single fever was caused by a vaccine?
Highly unlikely.
My aunt, a retired nurse, tried to tell me VAERS was unreliable and “fake”. So I educated her—VAERS was set up to monitor vaccine safety and it’s a federal offense to make a false report. It is also a significant under-report of the true effects. She rolled her eyes 🤦🏼♀️

The medical industry has trained most of their staff to react this way.
In the early 2000's, my RN wife starting asking why her patients were suddenly being prescribed large doses of oxycontin & dilauted instead of the industry standard morphine. Her concern was that the patients were completely wiped out and very difficult to arouse for dressing / bandage changes. The other nurses thought it was great since they could relax and chat at the nurses station and not always be answering the patient call buttons.
My wife was later punished with more difficult patients, mandated to extra long shifts and was being followed around by management looking to make sure she was properly gloving and gowning up for each room.
People are getting wise. Even those most fervent Fauci followers in my life have turned on him and are tired of being sick 24/7.
“May not” are the operative words. Of course Pfizer is going to say this, but word it in a way to hedge their response.

FYI this is how they explain away the lack of reported side effects with the CDC's Vaccine Information Statements (VIS) vs manufacturers package inserts. Package inserts reported all TEMPORAL side effects where VIS's reported CAUSAL side effects. The difference being temporal side effects are side effects related to the time the vaccine was given (vaccine given then side effect) where causal side effect they MUST have an established biological mechanism for the side effect. But if you don't look you will never find the cause.
