I'm from outside the US. Apparently, they use a "custodian" model, which is supposed to be common for international trading. I've bought on etoro, now going to sell on the banking platform

Try fidelity or schwab if you’re in the US.
If you’re EU/UK use ibkr (international brokers).
It is illegal for them to not send you the proxy voting material. So if they havent - they are breaking the law.
Any ways - you can vote by simply calling the number in the graphic. They can you look you up by zip code and name.
