Let's look at some of the noteworthy content in DJT's Message. (NB: I'll discuss Murdoch at the end of the Post)

Is he the president? Or simply a former president? The gap between the first and the second expression could almost insert a mental "'I mean former president"
Was this a slip of the tongue, because DJT actually knows that he is still technically President, but he needs to correct it because the plan is not yet there and he has to maintain the facade of being 'former' president? Hmmmm....
"aware of the dividing form of election interference.... "
If devolution is in play, then anything they do in terms of election interference is out in the open. A devolution / COG sting operation would not just be for crimes in the past, but for crimes they are now committing, all the worse, because DJT openly called out the corruption and election rigging, so all possible denial or feigned ignorance is lost.

Boomerang. Out and out election interference based on fake and false charges, etc., Election interference in terms of rigging the election might be hard to prove to the average Joe in the street, who isn't really concerned with technicalities and jargon, data, etc, but election interference by running 3rd world-style persecution of the political opponent (DJT) is out and out obvious, if and when he proves that the attacks and the charges are all groundless.

DJT's words here map directly on to a scenario where devolution is in place, where those running the devolution are in the position of authority and running part of the justice system under legitimate presidential and constitutional control. Why does he emphasize here that it is a partially corrupt system? He's implying that one part of the system is corrupt, but another part of the system is not corrupt. Furthermore, he goes on to emphasize great American patriots in the justice system, who are not going to allow the destruction to take place.

The final note: these are the most important people right now in the history of our country
Who are these people? Is he talking about Kevin McCarthy? About Jim Jordan? The Freedom Caucus in the house? They have very little power to do much to stop the destruction. Is he talking about Tucker Carlson? Is he talking about MAGA supporters? He's not saying they will try to stop it. He's saying they WILL stop it.
So who are these people, these great American patriots who will stop the destruction, the most important people in US history?
This maps directly on to a DEVO / COG scenario where those in authority and control are actually hidden from the public eye. Something that anons and Q-patriots have been hypothesizing for ages now. Aka Military Intelligence running a devolution of government, with essential government functions maintained and the rest (non-critical) handed over to an illegitimate presidency because a) the people need to be awakened enough to understand and recognize why COG was so important, and b) too early a reveal would NOT allow a total scoop of ALL the corrupt, given the many, many sleepers and fakes in the system.
The idea isn't new to any of us, but the fact that DJT's talk so eloquently and powerfully maps on to anon thoughts on the topic, is further corroboration that by and large anons are on target.

At this juncture, DJT declaring that Murdoch is a globalist and linking him to DeSantis, Bush, and Clinton, is indicative that we're getting much closer to the ripening of the current phase.
Murdoch is hated in Australia by the left, because they perceive him as a supporter of the conservative aka 'right wing' parties and politicians. The Australian newspaper, which gives lip service to and supports the 'right' side of the political game, is Murdoch, and Murdoch media is seen as standing in opposition to the leftists.
Murdoch runs Faux news, which has been significantly exposed by now as controlled opposition. So why now?
It stands to reason that DJT could not expose Murdoch until late in the game, because he has been wrongly perceived by many on the Right as upholding conservative values. The majority of people on the left and on the right have not understood the uniparty gambit, the fake fighting between the factions. If you out someone before the time is ripe, then your outing is very liable to fall on deaf ears and make you seem like you don't know what you are saying. Timing is critical in the mind war / information war battlefield.
But when the fruit is ripe, only THEN do you pick it. Outing Murdoch as a globalist means that we're very close to summer, and the fruit is ripening, and soon it will start dropping of the branches. Get Ready! It's going to be fruit-picking time very soon!

For several years now I have been a great fan of "The Fourth Turning" view of history, as cyclical and generational (and predictable) rather than linear and random (unpredictable). We are right now in the latter years of the current Fourth Turning and the predictions made in the 1997 book by that name seem to be playing out just as authors Strauss and Howe predicted.
But here is where it gets interesting. Howe recently published a second book called "The Fourth Turning is Here" and while it's a fascinating read (I'm a little over halfway through it), I am seeing his understanding of the current zeitgeist of America and the West is beginning to fail him. The first book was a monumental masterpiece, the second seems to be predicated on a 1990s paradigm of politics and culture. In my copy of the book I have written in the margin of a few paragraphs "Bullshit."
Howe does not seem to understand that there is now a new player on the field in the person of DJT and in the huge body of MAGA Americans.
If anyone here ever read the Isaac Asimov "Foundation" series of sci-fi books, the central character, a psychohistorian Hari Seldon makes predictions about a galactic empire that are precise and accurate for a few hundred years. But then a "black swan" disruptive character appears that Seldon could not have foreseen, a person called "The Mule" who renders all the previous predictions invalid.
That is where we are right now, as far as The Fourth Turning is concerned. Yes we ARE in the latter years of this Fourth Turning, but a disrupting agent, Donald J. Trump and our movement, is upsetting Strauss & Howe's predictions in real time. We are watching it happen right now.
We are witnesses to history being shaken up, both stirred AND shaken, and I feel privileged to be a small part of it.
Oh the stories we will tell our grandchildren in years to come!

I've heard references to the Fourth Turning several times in the past 12 months, but I haven't looked into it much.
There is a wealth of evidence that history as we know it is indeed cyclical and generational.
I don't know about Howe, but my understanding of the cyclical nature of history is that a certain outcome (aka destination) is envisioned and intended by the Creator, but the completion thereof hinges on the fulfillment of human responsibility. If that responsibility is failed, then a new cycle is necessary, to restore the past cycle and prepare a new foundation for arriving at 'the destination'.
I read some of the Foundation series, and found the ideas really interesting. I suspect that sometimes, people are right in their predictions because they uncover PART of the principles underlying repetitions and cycles etc, but because they don't have the WHOLE picture, their descriptions and predictions are only PARTLY right.
Keen to look more at the 4th Turning.
If I had time I would look it up, but I'm pretty sure you can find a few summaries of "The Fourth Turning" online. Look at them all because no single summary can get the immense implications of the theory. Good luck!
Aside: Man, I tried to read that series and just could NOT get into the writing style. It still pisses me off because they are obviously one of the most-cited pillars of sci-fi but I just can't do it.
Asimov's character development always struck me as thin. Read the stories when I was a young teenager and didn't know any better.
Heh, well maybe it's not for everyone, I don't know. I had the same reaction, at first, the the classic Robert Heinlein's book, "The Moon Is A Harsh Mistress." It starts out written in the speaking style of moon colonists, a sort of pidgin language that is hard to follow, but then you get the hang of it and it's easy sailing after that.
By the way, that book (Moon is A Harsh....) written in the late 50s or early 60s was the first one to introduce an AI character, a huge computer network that suddenly became self-aware and takes part in a revolution. Heinlein was a visionary.
For whatever reason I can get into Heinlein though - other than when he insists on going into Full Blubbering Mode about Women.

While "The Fourth Turning" can be very helpful in understanding the history of the past 500 years of Western Civilization (even farther back to the Etruscans, if you take it that far), I think it's possible that the Fourth Turning prophecy that the authors Howe & Strauss made about America for this time period is now running into variables and unforeseen obstacles they could never have envisioned back then.
DJT and the Q psy-op are probably the two major deviations they did not foresee and did not account for. DJT is a disruptor... hell, that's even why I voted for him, hoping he would DISRUPT the tired 'business as usual' crap in our government. And the Q Plan is also a disruptor, no one counted on that, COULDN'T count on that.
Then if one believes in the "Looking Glass" theory, who could have foreseen the 2012 "end of the historical timeline" that it purports to show?
So yes, I think we are about to the the mother of all disruptions to the status quo, and I pray that it comes soon, even this year. The Plan is way above my paygrade, but I think all of us here are ready for a major disruption to set things right, no matter what happens, what sacred bulls have to be sacrificed, or whoever has to be arrested and/or disposed of by military tribunal.
I think we are in a pivotal moment of history, and historians and philosophers will be writing about this magnificent moment for centuries to come.

The events in the weeks and months leading up to the 2020 election made it obvious that a steal was in play. Covid, mail in ballots, Hidin' Biden, the huge Trump rallies and the impromptu boat and car rallies were a dead giveaway.
The night and morning of November 4th we had a crystal clear image of the steal with only the nitty gritty details left to be filled in.
For the next three months, all the way up to January 20th and even after, I continually told my Dad that President Trump had a Constitutional Duty to preserve the integrity of our election process and he would not let the steal stand. I didnt know how he would and events made me look stupid but I stuck to my guns.
Devolution gave me something to point towards. I am fully invested in devolution/CoG because I am 100% confident that Trump will fulfill his Constitutional Duty. If this wasnt his intent he would not now be center stage. If he was alone in this, if there wasnt a plan backed by many Patriots in positions of authority, he would not be out in front right now.
Just like Patel Patriot says, knowing who Trump is do you really see him shrugging his shoulders and saying, "Well I guess they are going to steal the election and there's nothing I can do about it." No way. The funniest thing about people's perception of Trump is that he is has no self control and is impulsive. He is the most plodding person on planet earth. He truly is a fascinating man.

Thank you fren for pointing out the details in, what I 1st thought was just another ad! Furthermore, may I add that DJT 'running' for president is the perfect ruse from which he can make all these necessary Devolution points! He knows he already IS president (& of course, every president is also a former president except for that exact moment when he is sworn in) but his clever tactic has always been to take what the swamp gives him & turn it around against them.
So he 'runs' for president as a point from which to launch devolution. 'Running for president" is perfect camouflage. It gives the appearance that the swamp's narrative is correct but he never once acknowledge that he lost, so in reality he is operating under 2 narratives at the same time. This gives him & the white hats much more tactical space to maneuver. It's like fighting an enemy on land when you also have an air force waiting, while your enemy not only doesn't have any planes, they are in denial that airplanes even exist.
They of course know that planes really exist just like they know Trump really won but their plan was to deny it. Just like how, in chess, you check their king so they move a piece in front of it, the black hats used their media assets to say Joe Biden won. So the white hats USE THAT MOVE against them. Trump & the white hat's clever move was operate as if the black hat narrative is true while never denying the real narrative! Under their fake narrative Trump can 'run for president' which is what he is doing right now but it's really just a ruse to launch devolution!
Remember when Trump had an important announcement & we were all disappointed because we had thought he was really going to launch devolution? Remember that? During that he said that we are taking back this country at "this point right now" I think he meant it in the devolution sense right then. Almost in reply Tucker interviews Elon Musk in what turns out to be his last interview as a FOX employee & Musk then hosts him on Twitter. I don't know if anyone has a definitive answer for this, except perhaps those directly involved, if devolution is in play.
As far as I understand it, Devolution (aka continuity of government) as discussed in the current context and as developed as a strategy in the 50's, means devolving the authority of the executive branch to the military, so that the military then take on certain functions in order to preserve and ensure certain critical functions of the government.
Not all functions are maintained, only those critical to maintain the nation during the period that the executive branch is incapacitated.
My own thought is that technically, this means that DJT would NOT be president, or rather, not acting as president, the presidency having gone into a state or dormancy. In other words, the military forces in this case are ACTING as the surrogate presidency. Or the presidency, in the person of DJT, is dormant. On pause.
If this was done prior to the 'inauguration of Biden', it means that DJT was never inaugurated for his second term. Technically, the first term is simply continuing in a devolved state. In that state, DJT (may) be commander in chief, or that role too may have been paused. In any case, DJT would not have been inaugurated and so he has not yet executed a second term.
That's my thinking there.

First Administration (2017-2021)
"Second Administration" (2021 - ?) aka Biden presidency, where govt is devolved, but DJT and team are working and accomplishing key, critical objectives (e.g. dismantling the underpinnings of the fiat currency, exposing the two-tiered justice system, etc. This includes international objectives, not exclusively pursued by Trump, but by an international cooperative alliance of sovereign powers, such as the flushing out of Ukraine, the establishment of BRICS and destruction of the petro-dollar, etc.)
Third Administration (? - ? 4 years) when DJT is inaugurated for a second time. Factually the 2nd administration.
This framework is a ONE preparation and laying the foundation, TWO implode the system and position for completion, THREE complete the process, destroy the swamp and the Cabal and launch the new future of cooperative sovereign nations in a multi-polar world.
That third aspect is really the Good Guys answer to the New World Order vision of the satanic cabal. God's 'new world order' is one where evil is no longer in a position of control and its one based on God's principles, not on satanic principles. imo.
