I just want to point out that its a very sad day for Justice in America when people have to lament or celebrate that a case is being heard by "a judge appointed by X".
We decry when a swampy judge abuses their position to persecute Trump or a Flynn, etc, but being happy that a Trump appointed judge will heard X case, that's pretty bitter sweet, because it truly means that the justice system itself has collapsed, and the best one can wish for is to get a judge who is "on your side".
It's better than nothing, but the bigger picture is really tragic.
Justice needs to become impartial again. Then truth can truly reign.
Sort of. Trump-appointed implies actual respect for rule of law as a general rule. Not biased-hard-right necessarily. I.e. a finding for 2A is not automatically a sign the judge was in any direction, it's a sign they respect the rule of law, in such case the supreme law of the land, as they should.
Yes, I agree that Trump appointees are far less likely to be biased. But sadly, their unbias does not enough counteract the biases of the activist Marxist or Deep State judges.
I hope and expect that a full flushing of the court systems will follow on from a 2nd Trump term.
Well, for 1 thing. The swamp ran out of money. Johnson is not allowing anymore grift through Ukraine or Israel. Without money how will they get their minions to stall things or do whatever else they do?
Q - Civil suits can be very effective.
Civil and criminal in this case.

This sounds very significant. As in not psyop-swampy at all. More like asymmetrical 5GW lawfare…
Also, Trump is suing Fake News for defaming Truth Social. Hmmm, Fake News getting shut down right when the campaign gets going?
