As you might be able to tell from the rant, I am totally sick with this bullshit coming across this site, particularly by people who should know better. I think of the negative impact, the way honest pedes are mislead, trained to knee-jerk react, and how this perpetuates the very matrix we are attempting to escape from, and it sickens me to my stomach.

While I appreciate the positive spin, watching confirmed contributors (i.e. endorsed by the mods) and prolific active 'big' voices on GAW promote this stuff in the last month or two (even if its inadvertent, via negligence), makes me think of the scripture:
“If anyone causes one of these little ones - those who believe in me - to stumble, it would be better for them to have a large millstone hung around their neck and to be drowned in the depths of the sea"
Not murder, not kill. Even stumble.
I can understand noobs posting this sort of thing. We've all been caught by reactive clickbait at some point in our anon lives, and posted it forward. (I had my fair share back in 2018, which is when I first started to cotton on to these sorts of operations.) But veterans? Approved contributors?
These posts cause hundreds and thousands of our pedes to stumble, as evidenced by the upvotes and reactive responses to what is in fact bullshite (aka fake) that these posts elicit.
It's worse than fake news, but many of our board members interact with it as it if were real....
