Have you ever heard of a nanofabricator? Just started learning about them yesterday. A nanofab is essentially a 3d printer that allows you to design a project on the atomic level. The result is perfect precision after you had arranged the materials atomic structure to be 100% exact.
The first CC occurred during the late 1780s and its when state legislatures sent delegates to Philly to establish the layout of the US government while working on the Constitution.
I dont believe a federal-level CC has ever convened (state-level CCs happen occasionally) except for the one time in the 1780s however in the midst of a real Constitutional crisis then a CC might happen (guessing unless someone else knows).

Mind boggling to think that after so many years no one has been able to debunk the drone footage. This has all the hallmarks of a coverup.
One possibility is that black eye means "taking a hit to ones reputation" therefore leaving a black eye but not in the physical sense. So, disclosure and/or leaks to a DS person or entity could be what is preventing or deterring a more severe offensive by the cabal.
