I've never really been interested in alcohol or had any issues with it. I have a glass of wine once a month or so. I discover weed in my 30s and do love that and enjoy it every day. It has helped my life tremendously. I have heard of it helping many people get off of hard drugs and alcohol. Give it a shot, start slow.

Yup this is exactly what happened. If PA wants mail in ballots then it needs to be voted on by the people beforehand and this never happened. The PA government changed the rules at the last minute and allowed it anyway. I'm pretty sure they even accepted mail in ballots postmarked after the date of the election!
I think he got put into an "institution" a few years back against his will and it fucked him up.
