https://communites.win/ has the list of all the sites. The post there mentions something along the lines that "eventually this list won't be needed (stay tuned)" so I'm guessing they're going to make .win more like reddit with subwins that are fully integrated with each other. They've already made it so you can use the same account on all .win sites, seems like the logical progression afterwards.
